HERCULES IN-HOUSE SUMMER CAMPS PRESCHOOL TO 6^th GRADES

REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER CAMPS
Registration is ongoing. Program starts Tuesday, June 11, 2024 and goes through Thursday, August 8, 2024.

Welcome to the City of Hercules In-House Summer Camps. We offer per week sessions blocks with a total of nine blocks. Our Park and Recreation staff will provide your camper with themed activities, arts & crafts, STEM activities, free-play, group game and outdoor fun. Camps are four-days with entertainment or local group outing when age -appropriate. Our summer camp philosophy is to provide a safe, fun, and exciting environment for each camper. We will offer AM Care for those that need to start their day early with a maximum enrollment of 28 children for each camp site. For all day camps you will need to send a healthy AM snack/cold lunch in a lunch box/brown paper bag daily and we will provide the PM snack.

New this year - We are introducing a new process to fill out health and emergency contact information. This ensures that we have the most current information when needed the most! After registration, be on the lookout for an invite to our ePACT emergency network. HIGHLIGHTS. Each week is based on weekly themes. Registration will take place at the Community center. Packets/themes will be available closer to the March dates. All enrollment groups are subject to change based on the age of enrollees.

sparklers summer camp
Welcome to Sparklers Summer Camp Program. This program is for campers who are 3 by May 1, 2024, up to 5 years old going into TK or Kindergarten. Camper will enjoy a fun hand-on experience playing cooperative games and exploring their inner Picasso. Each block has a theme, we will provide some exciting entertainment for some weeks, come join the fun. You will need to send a healthy snack in a lunch box/ brown bag daily. Young campers must be potty-trained.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be age 3 by May 1, 2024		AGES: 3-5Y (Including TK child)
LOCATION: Hanna Kidz Center	TIME: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.	RATE: $94/NR$113 per week	RATIO: 1/10

dyno am care
Extended AM camp is for camps Firecracker K-2^nd , and Dynamite 3^rd-6^th . At each of these camp locations we will offer morning care for those campers who need to begin their day at 7:30 a.m. Participants will enjoy group games, arts & crafts, and more. Maximum enrollment for each site 28 children.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be attending Firecrackers, and Dynamite camps.		AGES: K – 6^th entering grade
LOCATION: At each of the two sites	TIME: 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.	RATE: $25/NR$30 per week	RATIO: 1/14

camp firecrackers
Camp Firecracker is an on-site camp with outdoor fun at Hanna Park and on-site entertainment. Weeks are based on themes & daily schedules are built around those themes. Campers will swim on Wednesday from 1p – 3pm. Let’s have fun building positive relationships and making new friends. The TK camper would sign-up for Sparklers summer camp only.
REQUIREMENTS: Kindergarten campers must be going to school year 24-25.		AGES: K-2^nd entering grade
LOCATION: Lupine Kidz Center	TIME: 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.	RATE: $209/NR$230 per week	RATIO: 1/14

camp dynamite
This camp is about getting outside for cooperative games and tournaments games at Hanna Park and the Park & Rec gym. Each week we will provide an enriching themed camp experience. Campers will swim every Tuesday/Thursday 1p.m. - 3 p.m. Come meet new friends or hang out with old friends. Summer camp packets with theme weeks and details on local field trips coming out soon.
REQUIREMENTS: Your child must be entering 3^rd grade to attend.		AGES: 3^rd – 6^th entering grade

^NEWFriday fun days
This is a mixed group of children grades K– 6^th.On Friday fun days there a theme for the day and each child will need to bring an AM snack and lunch. Due to the wonderful location this group of children will be walking to Refugio Park, Rite Aid for ice cream and maybe a few other local surprise locations. The fees Includes all of the 5 Friday Fun Days. Come join the fun!
