As part of the budget approval each year, the City Council also sets the authority for the City Manager to approve contracts administratively without returning to the City Council for approval for those items included in the budget or fully reimbursed by a third party. The current limits are as follow:

Professional Services Contracts - $50,000
Reimbursed Professional Services Contracts - $100,000
Public Works Capital Projects Contracts - $100,000
