The East Bay Small Business Development Center (SBDC) offers no-cost, confidential advisory services and trainings for business owners and entrepreneurs. The East Bay SBDC can advise you on business planning, funding, marketing, finances and management. Special programs include a food service program aimed at restauranteurs, cottage food businesses, artisan and consumer packaged goods providers, food trucks, and mobile food businesses.
