Sycamore Ave.

Traffic on Sycamore Ave including residents from Dutch Elm, Civic Dr. and Creekside Center, will exit the City of Hercules by traveling west to San Pablo Ave.

Alternate routes will travel east to SR-4

Redwood Rd.

Residents living on Redwood Rd and the adjacent streets / courts will travel north to Sycamore Ave.

Alternate routes will travel south to Refugio Valley Rd and then continue west onto Refugio Valley Rd. to Sycamore Ave.

Lupine Rd.

Residents living on Lupine Rd and the adjacent streets / courts will travel north to Sycamore Ave.

Alternate routes will travel south to Redwood Rd. then south to Refugio Valley Rd. Traffic will continue west onto Refugio Valley Rd. to Sycamore Ave.

Country Run

Residents living in Country Run (including those living off of Lavender Pl.) will travel to Refugio Valley Rd. and will continue west onto Refugio Valley Rd. to Sycamore Ave.

ZONE 1 – Shelters

Hercules Swim Center located at 2001 Refugio Valley Rd.

Alternate sites – Hercules Middle/High School located at 2000 Refugio Valley Rd.

Lupine Hills Elementary School located at 1919 Lupine Rd.

Main thoroughfares are Refugio Valley Rd. Pheasant Dr., Falcon Way, Partridge Dr. and Sparrow Dr.

Refugio Valley Rd

Traffic on Refugio Valley Rd including the Swim Center and the Hercules Middle / High School will exit the City of Hercules by traveling north to Sycamore Ave.

In the event Refugio Valley Rd is closed, alternate routes will be Redwood Rd and Falcon Way.

Pheasant Dr.

Residents living on Pheasant Dr. and the adjacent streets / courts will travel north to Refugio Valley Rd and then continue north to Sycamore Ave.

Alternate routes will travel south on Pheasant Dr. and then continue north on Turquoise Dr. to Sycamore Ave.

Falcon Way

Residents living on Falcon Way and the adjacent streets / courts will travel north to Sparrow, and then continue north to Partridge Dr. and onto Refugio Valley Rd. Once on Refugio Valley Rd. traffic will continue north to Sycamore Ave.

Alternate routes will travel south on Falcon Way to Refugio Valley Rd. and then continue north on Refugio Valley Rd or North onto Redwood Rd. to Sycamore Ave

Partridge Dr.

Residents living on Partridge Dr. and the adjacent streets / courts will travel north to Pheasant Dr then north to Refugio Valley Rd. and then continue north to Sycamore Ave.

Alternate routes will travel south to Refugio Valley Rd. and then continue north to Sycamore Ave..

Sparrow

Residents living on Sparrow Dr. and the adjacent streets / courts will travel north to Partridge Dr. and then to Refugio Valley Rd. Traffic will then continue north to Sycamore Ave.

Alternate routes will travel west to Pheasant Dr. and then either north or south depending on present conditions.

Alternate sites – Hercules Middle/High School located at 2000 Refugio Valley Rd.

Ohlone Center located at 190 Turquoise Dr. (Small facility for staging)

Main thoroughfares are Refugio Valley Rd. / Mandalay Ave. / Carson St. and Coronado St.

Refugio Valley Rd

Traffic on Refugio Valley Rd, including the residents from Bravo, Bay Pointe, and Hanna Ranch School will exit the City of Hercules by traveling north on Refugio Valley Rd. to Sycamore Ave.

In the event Refugio Valley Rd is closed, alternate routes will be Carson St. and Coronado St. traveling north to Shepard and then onto Lupine Rd. via Resnick Lane and Beechnut Dr.

Mandalay Ave.

Residents living in the Mandalay area will travel north on Refugio Valley Rd. to Sycamore Ave.

Alternate routes will be north on Refugio Valley Rd to Coronado St. Then continue east onto Coronado St. to Shepard. Traffic will then travel to Lupine Rd. via Resnick Lane and Beechnut Dr.

Carson St.

Residents living on Carson St. and the adjacent streets / courts will travel west to Refugio Valley Rd then north to Sycamore Ave.

Alternate routes will be east onto Coronado St. to Shepard. And then travel to Lupine Rd. via Resnick Lane and Beechnut Dr.

Coronado St.

Residents living on Coronado St. and the adjacent streets / courts will travel west to Refugio Valley Rd then north to Sycamore Ave.

Alternate routes will be traveling east onto Coronado St. to Shepard. And then drive to Lupine Rd. via Resnick Lane and Beechnut Dr.

Turquoise Dr.

Residents living on Turquoise Dr. and the adjacent streets / courts will travel north to Sycamore Ave.

Alternate routes will travel south to Pheasant Dr. and then continue north to Refugio Valley Rd.

Emerald Way.

Residents living on Emerald Way. and the adjacent streets / courts will travel north to Turquoise Dr and then continue north to Sycamore Ave.

Alternate routes will travel south to (upper) Turquoise Dr. and continue to Pheasant Dr. Once on pheasant Dr., residents will continue north to Refugio Valley Rd.

Cinnabar Way.

Residents living on Cinnabar Way and the adjacent streets / courts (including those off of Obsidian Way) will travel north to Turquoise Dr and then continue north to Sycamore Ave.

Alternate routes will travel south to / on Obsidian Way, to Turquoise Dr. and continue south to Pheasant Dr. Once on Pheasant Dr., residents will continue north to Refugio Valley Rd.

Hercules Senior Center located at 111 Civic Dr. Hercules.

Hercules Swim Center located at 2001 Refugio Valley Rd.

Alternate routes will travel south on San Pablo Ave. into Pinole.

Sycamore Ave.(west)

Residents / traffic on Sycamore Ave. and the adjacent streets / courts will travel east to San Pablo Ave. and then north on San Pablo Ave. to SR-4. Traffic will then continue out of town by means of I-80 or eastbound SR-4.

Alternate routes will travel east to San Pablo Ave. and then south on San Pablo Ave. into Pinole.

Hercules Ave.

Residents / traffic on Hercules Ave. and the adjacent streets / courts will travel east to San Pablo Ave. and then north on San Pablo Ave. to SR-4. Traffic will then continue out of town by means of I-80 or eastbound SR-4.

Alternate routes will travel east to San Pablo Ave. and then south on San Pablo Ave. into Pinole.

Village Parkway.

Residents / traffic on Village Pkwy. And the adjacent streets / courts will travel west to San Pablo Ave. and then north on San Pablo Ave. to SR-4. Traffic will then continue out of town by means of I-80 or eastbound SR-4.

Alternate routes will travel west to San Pablo Ave. and then south on San Pablo Ave. into Pinole. Additional routes will also be by means of the fire trial located at the end of Forest Run leading to Sycamore Ave.

ZONE # 5 – Shelter

Hercules Senior Center located at 111 Civic Dr. Hercules.

Valley Bible Church located at 1477 Willow Ave. (Tennative)

Alternate sites – Hercules Middle/High School located at 2000 Refugio Valley Rd.

Santa Fe Club House located at 1199 Santa Fe. This is a small facility for staging.

(Historic clubhouse may be a future shelter upon renovation.)

Main thoroughfares are San Pablo Ave., Victoria Crescent (west), Victoria Crescent (east) John Muir Pkwy and Linus Pauling.

San Pablo Ave.

Residents / traffic on San Pablo Ave. and the adjacent streets / courts will travel south on San Pablo Ave. to SR-4. Traffic will then continue out of town by means of I-80 or eastbound SR-4.

Alternate routes will travel north on San Pablo Ave. into Rodeo.

Victoria Crescent (west)

Residents / traffic from Victoria Crescent (west) and the adjacent streets / courts will travel east to San Pablo Ave. and then south on San Pablo Ave. to SR-4. Traffic will then continue out of town by means of I-80 or eastbound SR-4.

Alternate routes will travel east to San Pablo Ave. and then north on San Pablo Ave. into Rodeo.

Victoria Crescent (east)

Residents / traffic from Victoria Crescent (east) and the adjacent streets / courts will travel west to San Pablo Ave. and then south on San Pablo Ave. to SR-4. Traffic will then continue out of town by means of I-80 or eastbound SR-4.

Alternate routes will travel west to San Pablo Ave. and then north on San Pablo Ave. into Rodeo.

John Muir Pkwy.

Residents / traffic from John Muir Pkwy and the adjacent streets / businesses will travel east to San Pablo Ave. and then onto to SR-4. Traffic will then continue out of town by means of I-80 or eastbound SR-4.

Alternate routes will travel east to San Pablo Ave. and then north on San Pablo Ave. into Rodeo.

Residents / traffic on Willow Ave. and the adjacent streets / businesses will travel east to I-80 on ramp near 1231 Willow Ave. Traffic will then exit the city by means of west/east bound I-80.

Alternate routes will travel west to I-80 on ramp near 844 Willow Ave. Traffic will then exit the city by means of west/east bound I-80.

Canterbury.

Residents living on Canterbury and the adjacent streets / courts will travel north to Willow Ave.

Alternate routes. No paved alternate routes exist.
