Conditions of approval and expiration periods may be required at the discretion of the approving authority.
Please plan accordingly to allow a minimum of 60 days for Community Development Director review and 90 days for Planning Commission review. All TUP must be publicly noticed and complete a 14-day appeal period prior to start date
Temporary uses (e.g., event, parade, etc.) located on public streets, sidewalks, and other rights-of-way must also file a Special Event Encroachment Permit with Engineering & Public Works.
