Chapter 34 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance sets forth the standards for signs. However, different business centers, projects, and buildings may have their own specific sign program. Contact your property manager for information on the approved sign program for your business.

The Community Development Director is authorized to approve, conditionally approve, or deny all Sign Permits and Sign Programs, in accordance with the provisions of the Sign Ordinance. However, the following situations require that the Planning Commission hold a public hearing to review the application:

• The sign does not conform to the Sign Ordinance.
• The sign is a freeway-oriented, free-standing pylon sign.
• A Sign Variance is requested.
