Reduced Traffic Facilities impact fees are negotiated and approved through a Development Agreement by the Office of the City Manager.

3 STMP fees collected by City and remitted to WCCTAC in accordance with Master Coop Agreement.

4 Sewer Connection fees are separate from and do not include sewer service charges/connection fees (see Engineering Fees in the Master Fee Schedule)

5 City Transportation Fees for fast food, fuel, and other uses with much different traffic volumes can be evaluated for higher or lower fee in accordance with the Nexus study, consistent with Mitigation Fee Act.
