A natural amphitheater nestled between the Bay and the historic factory town center, The Bowl is envisioned in the adopted Waterfront District Master Plan (WDMP) as integrating the existing historic factory Clubhouse and Administration Building with new structures (up to 461 residential units, 75,000 square feet of office, 12,500 square feet of retail, and 30,000 square feet of flex space). Units with views of Mount Tamalpais and San Pablo Bay would meld into the existing topography, giving the sense of a European hill town. The lower area is envisioned with walking streets and a bayfront park.
