Project Update

Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the City of Hercules in 2011 certified a Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the Bayfront project project (also referred to as the Waterfront). The EIR discusses the potential for significant impacts on the environment, as well as mitigation measures to minimize impacts.
