Community-Based Planning
Refugio Creek Watershed Vision Plan (7.3 MB PDF) has been developed through a series of community meetings whereby members of the public met with local officials and experts to share information, interests, concerns, and design ideas on topics such as:
The
- Wetlands & Water Quality
- Fish & Wildlife
- Flood Management
- Creek Bank Stability
- Recreation & Access
