The City of Hercules Parks & Recreation offers a wide range of remarkable facilities to create lifelong memories when not being used for City sponsored programs or services. All reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis, and must be made in person at the Recreation Office located at 2001 Refugio Valley Road, Hercules, CA 94547 and no later than 45 days in advance of the event.

All facilities are unavailable to rent on days that the City of Hercules observes a holiday including but not limited to New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving day, Day After Thanksgiving, and Christmas Break.
