National Volunteer Month:  April is known as National Volunteer Month.  The Hercules Parks and Recreation Department will honor the many phenomenal volunteers who dedicate their time and effort making a difference in our community, at the April Community and Library Services Commission meeting that will be held on Monday, April 8, at 7pm in the Hercules Council Chambers.  Thank you, Volunteers!  We couldn’t do what we do without all your help.
