Join us for a FREE Fireworks Celebration! The cities of Hercules and Pinole have joined together to bring our communities a Fireworks Celebration this 4th of July! The event itself will be an aerial display that will begin shortly after dark (our estimated start time is between 9:00 p.m. and 9:10 p.m.).
