Join the City of Hercules for the first Virtual Community Workshop to discuss the City's Housing Element Update. The City must adopt a new Housing Element by January 31, 2023, and we need residents' input to ensure the new plan meets the current and future needs of our community. We want to hear your ideas or concerns about the availability, affordability, and adequacy of housing in Hercules.

Please join us on April 25, 2022 at 7 pm for our second Community Meeting to discuss the City's 2023-2031 Housing Element. We will be seeking public input on the City's required Housing Plan.  We will be sharing the proposed housing sites and policies and programs that are the essential components of the document.  Your feedback and participation is essential!
